Shimano SH-IC501 Women’s Indoor Cycling Shoes (Black) (37)

Shimano SH-IC501 Women’s Indoor Cycling Shoes Description:

Shimano SH-IC501 Women’s Indoor Cycling Shoes have been designed to make time spent on the trainer at home or in a spin class at the gym more enjoyable. A highly breathable sock-mesh upper with a BOA fit system delivers a comfortable fit with great security, and this construction breathes better than outdoor specific cycling shoes to keep the feet cool and dry in the static indoor air. A reinforced and stiff sole plate pushes all of the rider’s power to the pedals and incorporates a no-slip rubber tread so it is safer to walk around. Last but not least, these shoes have two long cleat mounting slots that accept any 2-bolt clipless pedal cleat, such as the SPD-style cleats that are widely used on spin bikes, so it is easier to position the cleats for maximum power production and comfort.

Features:

• Designed for easy walkability with a full-length rubber outsole and a recessed cleat to eliminate slipping on slick floors
• Elastic sock-mesh upper has outstanding breathability and ventilation to keep the feet from overheating while riding indoors where there is not as much airflow as riding outdoors
• Easy to use Boa fit system allows for easy adjustments to the fit of the uppers to create an optimal balance between comfort and security
• FUZE technology is an eco-friendly, chemical-free treatment that reduces odor-causing bacteria and fungus
• Full-length reinforced sole plate produces a stiffer platform for optimal power transfer and maximum efficiency
• Sole of the shoe has two long cleat mounting slots that accept 2-bolt SPD-style cleats which are compatible with most indoor cycling bikes
• Cleats are not included with the shoes and are sold separately
