Choosing the right component
How do I make sure a component is the right one for my bike?
Work from what is actually stamped on the part you are replacing. Drivetrain items carry a speed count, brake items carry a mount standard (post mount, flat mount or IS), and cockpits carry a clamp diameter such as 31.8mm or 35mm. Measure before ordering — a 27.2mm seatpost will not fit a 27.0mm seat tube, and a Boost hub will not drop into a non-Boost frame.
Are the components on this site genuine brand products?
Yes. Everything we list is brand product sourced through authorised distribution, and each product page names the manufacturer. Where a listing is a replacement or service part rather than the original component — hanger hardware, seal kits, bearing sets — the description says so explicitly.
What should I check before ordering a drivetrain part?
Three things determine compatibility. First, the drivetrain speed and family — an 11-speed road derailleur will not index correctly with a 12-speed MTB cassette. Second, the freehub body on your wheel: Shimano HG, SRAM XDR and Micro Spline are not interchangeable. Third, the chainring mounting standard, whether that is a four-bolt spider, direct mount or a specific BCD.
My frame, wheel or groupset is not listed. Can you still source the part?
Often yes. We stock a large slice of what our suppliers carry but not everything, and some parts are order-in items that never appear in the catalogue. Email the frame model and year, or the exact groupset and generation, with a photo of the part you need, and we will check availability and lead time.
Shipping and delivery
How soon does an order leave the warehouse?
In-stock orders are picked and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Transit then runs 3-7 business days to the contiguous United States. Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier, not when the label is printed.
What is the free shipping threshold?
Shipping is free once your order passes $39. Below that the cart charges a flat rate, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no handling surcharges added afterwards. Bulky items such as complete bikes and wheel boxes are excluded and are quoted individually.
Do you ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or overseas?
Checkout is configured for United States addresses. For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations, contact us before ordering and we will quote the carrier cost and confirm the address is serviceable. Duties and import taxes on international shipments are the recipient responsibility.
Orders, returns and warranty
Can I edit or cancel an order after it is placed?
Email us immediately. While an order is still in the picking queue we can usually change the address, swap a size or cancel it outright. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be recalled, and the return process applies instead.
What if a component arrives damaged or will not fit?
Send us the order number plus photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage and wrong-item shipments are resolved at our cost, including the return label. If a part does not fit, include the frame model and the measurement you took so we can identify the correct variant before arranging the return.
Can tyres, tubes and used components be returned?
Tyres and tubes can be returned only if they are unmounted and still in their original packaging — a tyre that has been seated and ridden cannot be resold. Components that show installation marks, cut steerer tubes, trimmed hydraulic hoses or worn braking surfaces are likewise not returnable. The standard window for eligible items is 30 days from delivery.
Do you offer trade pricing for shops, teams or clubs?
Yes, for bike shops, race teams and clubs ordering in volume. Email the part numbers and quantities and we will come back with a quote. Discount tiers depend on the category and the order size, and stock items can be held for a scheduled workshop date.
Where can I get an invoice or a copy of my receipt?
An order confirmation is emailed automatically when the order is placed, and the invoice is attached to the shipment confirmation. If you need a duplicate, or the invoice has to be issued to a business name or tax ID, email the order number and we will reissue it.
Is there a warranty on the parts you sell?
Every component carries the manufacturer warranty where one exists, and we handle the claim with the distributor on your behalf. We do not add a separate store warranty on top. Consumables — brake pads, chains, tyres, sealant and bearings — are excluded by the manufacturer once they have been used.
Why do two similar listings show different prices?
Different specification levels are separate listings and never share a price. A carbon bar and an alloy bar of the same width are not the same product, and neither are a 60tpi and a 120tpi version of the same tyre. Compare the title, the material or casing spec and the weight on each page before deciding.
Full delivery and return conditions are on our Returns & Shipping page.
