The Schwalbe Aerothan TPU Tube is an evolutionary leap forward in bicycle tube technology. Proudly made in Germany, the TPU material used in the construction of these tubes is a special blend that was developed in collaboration with the plastic experts at BASF, and this material creates a tube with about half the weight of a rubber inner tube along with a significant reduction in rolling resistance.
