The Maxxis Minion DHX Tubeless Mountain Tire is an all-conditions downhill style tire that will inspire a rider to push their limits. Unique tread block shapes with chamfered leading edges will roll very efficiently over straight sections of the trail, and there is enough spacing between the blocks to eject mud and debris from the blocks. The tread shapes also produce excellent grip as the rider transitions their weight into corners, and once leaned over, aggressive shoulder blocks take over to keep the bike and the rider flowing through the optimal line. Maxxis’s advanced 3C MaxxGrip compound and incredibly stable, yet supple, new DH casing combine to conform to irregular terrain and ensure the rider stays glued to the trail, while added sidewall protection and tough butyl inserts near the bead prevent cuts and rim damage from high speed impacts. Last but certainly not least, the construction of the Maxxis Minion DHX Tubeless Mountain Tire is optimized for lower tire pressures which ensures the rider will have a smoother and more controlled ride that is ready to send the rider down any course.

• Progressive casing stiffness supports lower tire pressures (up to 3 PSI less than previous DH casing) for enhanced traction and a smoother ride while retaining excellent sidewall stability and impact protection for the rim
