ENVE SES 6.7 Pro Road Wheel Description:

When handed new wheel dimension rules by the UCI (professional cycling’s governing body), the folks at ENVE treated the new parameters as a blank canvas from which they crafted the incredibly fast SES 6.7 Pro Road Wheel. Using lessons learned from previous Enve wheels, they created unique front and rear rim depths and shapes to optimize the flow of air around each end of the bike, with the result being incredible aerodynamics and a very stable bike when dealing with cross-winds. Advanced carbon fiber is used to shave weight, and design features like the Wide Hookless Bead ™ boosts impact strength and pinch flat prevention, while a 22.5mm inner rim width supports modern tubeless tires and adds more air volume for enhanced grip on the tarmac and a more comfortable ride quality.

Not to be overlooked, at the center of the wheel is a INNERDRIVE™ PRO Straight-Pull hub that is packed with lightweight ceramic bearings that are harder and are far rounder and harder than steel ball bearings, with the result being exceptionally low rolling resistance that will smooth out the ride and help the rider conserve their energy. Lightweight butted straight-pull Alpina Ultralite Aero stainless steel spokes with internal alloy locking nipples slice through the air and add a touch of ride compliance.
