The Colony Horizon 12″ BMX bike is a solid entry point for the youngest riders looking to jump into the world of BMX and start building their confidence right away. Built around a lightweight 6061-T6 alloy frame featuring a perfectly scaled-down 11.9-inch toptube, this 12-inch machine is designed to be easy to maneuver, highly manageable, and most importantly, fun. To handle their first big adventures, it comes equipped with durable chromoly tapered fork legs, fully sealed bearings throughout the headset, bottom bracket, and hubs, and appropriately sized 90mm chromoly 3-piece cranks. The 12-inch Family F2128 2.25″ tires offer excellent grip and stability, while the alloy V-brake utilizes a short-reach lever perfectly tailored for tiny hands. For riders who aren’t quite ready for two wheels and aren’t upgrading from a balance bike, it even includes optional training wheels right in the box. Finished in a clean Clear/Polished colorway, this entry-level rig is ideally sized for riders in the 2’2″ to 3′ range and weighs in at a highly nimble 16 pounds 8 ounces (without training wheels).
